PAYMENT POLICY

Payment for services is due on the day they are rendered.  Direct billing is not available.  However, clients will receive a detailed receipt which they can submit to their insurance provider for reimbursement.  Payment options include e-transfer, cash or secure credit card payment through the Jane portal.

A credit card is required on file for all clients.  At the end of each week, any outstanding balances will be charged to the credit card on file.  If you prefer to pay by a different method, you may do so before Friday in the week services were provided.  The credit card on file will also be charged in the case of cancellation or "no-show".   Invoices and detailed receipts will be provided in all cases.

Limited sliding scale rates are available to support clients without private insurance coverage or those experiencing financial hardship.  Please feel free to inquire about this option.  Proof of income may be required.

If you are running late, please call me at (226) 776-9208 if possible to let me know.  Sessions will end at the scheduled time, and no additional time will be added for late arrivals.  If you are more than 20 minutes late, and I have not heard from you, I will assume you are a no-show, and the session will be charged according to the appropriate policy.  Sessions that start more than 20 minutes late do not allow sufficient time to accomplish our goals, so I will not be able to proceed beyond that point.  If availability allows, I will be happy to reschedule for a later time, or in the case of recurring sessions, we can meet at your next scheduled appointment.
